Getting Started

I'm new to the blogging game - I've read a few and posted a few comments before now. This will be my first attempt to publish my own. I will eventually get around to posting a bit of a bio and such. I'm an artist, so I will be talking some about my artwork and the creation thereof. I'm also a gallery manager, curator and college instructor in art, so some of my posts will be about that. Some will be about my partner and my family. Some will be about politics and history and maybe even current events - it all is grist for the art mill. I don't expect readership - this is more about getting thoughts out of my head and - well normally I would say down on paper, but that's not exactly how this works, is it? At least it will be out of my head, swimming around.
